There is a tendency to highlight employees’ mistakes publicly rather than coach or support improvement. Issues are often escalated instead of being handled through constructive feedback. There have also been situations where employees already under significant stress were discussed openly in front of others, which created tension and an uncomfortable environment for the team. These actions impact psychological safety and trust within the workplace.

      Lots of opportunity for the the teams and people to grow. We have what I would consider world-class tools and a culture that helps us on our amazing growth trajectory! What more can you ask for.

      Cons

      No place is perfect. What I like about the company approach to challenges, is they address them head on instead of sweeping them under the rug.
