Lots of opportunity for the the teams and people to grow. We have what I would consider world-class tools and a culture that helps us on our amazing growth trajectory! What more can you ask for.

Cons

No place is perfect. What I like about the company approach to challenges, is they address them head on instead of sweeping them under the rug.
