This is a very flexible work environment, much different than what I am used to in conventional workspaces. Working from home, and as long as you need to with a stress on building a healthy work-life balance has made the experience fantastic. That being said, there are realistic expectations for the work, but you work among innovative and creative minds who bring a wealth of experience from different industries and ideate all day long. It's been a boon to learn from people like this day to day.

I don't have any complaints, I recognize that I am joining a growing team and that whatever growing pains are there are just challenges of fostering growth in a new office.

- Toxic culture beneath the surface level - Stark contrast from their culture book and between offices - Gap between aspirational values and actual values - High turnover - Poor management - Full of unscrupulous, cutthroat people - Poor benefits My experience may not be universal. I recommend you research the specific team you are considering joining.
