Where do I start: - This sounds terrible to say but we are adding ZERO value to any partner and unless things change remarkably, rainmaking may not last very long, especially in Asia - To be brutally honest, the quality of talent around is mediocre at best! Even the regional leadership in APAC is a bit of a joke. Sorry but this is the candid truth. - No career progression opportunities for those who'd like to stick around for some reason - Toxic culture - Terrible pay/benefits which may explain the general talent quality - Worst of all- absolutely no desire to work on tons of constructive feedback - The recent 5 star reviews on glassdoor are fake/manufactured. Saw that being done first hand. Was suggested to contribute as well but I choose to be honest!
