Pros

Not much to say. Great people. Pretty good work for what they do. Leader in the direct TV world. Enjoyed most of my time there.

Cons

Again, not much to say. My mobile service was terrible at the office. The space was a bit drab. The lunch room could use another fridge, and could be better stocked.

Pros

PTO is higher than I've had in previous companies Flexible with work schedule Great benefits package

Cons

Typical agency swings where you can get very busy with multiple clients at once demanding deadlines that coincide - as long as you're communicating with your team/manager about workload it's okay though Pay is a bit on the lower end but I believe the benefits makeup for it

Pros

Friendly coworkers & fully remote work offers flexibility.

Cons

Compensation is well below industry standards, especially considering the workload and expectations placed on employees. The culture lacks meaningful appreciation or recognition, leaving many employees feeling undervalued despite consistently going above and beyond. Career development is another major concern. While employees are expected to continuously grow and take on additional responsibilities, there is little to no clear path for advancement, promotion, or professional development. You will be punished for not progressing, despite the company providing limited support or opportunities to do so. Favoritism is also evident. Recognition, opportunities, and visibility tend to go to a select group of employees, while others’ contributions are frequently overlooked regardless of performance. The company also promotes itself as being committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, but the many managers and executives do not reflect those values. There is a noticeable lack of diversity at all levels of the agency, making the organization’s DEI messaging feel performative rather than backed by meaningful action.
