Pros
Friendly coworkers & fully remote work offers flexibility.
Cons
Compensation is well below industry standards, especially considering the workload and expectations placed on employees. The culture lacks meaningful appreciation or recognition, leaving many employees feeling undervalued despite consistently going above and beyond.
Career development is another major concern. While employees are expected to continuously grow and take on additional responsibilities, there is little to no clear path for advancement, promotion, or professional development. You will be punished for not progressing, despite the company providing limited support or opportunities to do so.
Favoritism is also evident. Recognition, opportunities, and visibility tend to go to a select group of employees, while others’ contributions are frequently overlooked regardless of performance.
The company also promotes itself as being committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, but the many managers and executives do not reflect those values. There is a noticeable lack of diversity at all levels of the agency, making the organization’s DEI messaging feel performative rather than backed by meaningful action.
