Benefits from day one. None other than that.

Cons

Below industry average wages, very low pay Locomotives and equipment poorly maintained. No safety structure what so ever. Incidents are covered up and not talked about.

At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

Cons

Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
