The pay structure is low for work done-Leads given are simply recycled and a waste of time, mainly due to fact (many have been disqualified & or are not eligible) Internal systems are broken-or management does system changes without due diligence. Main discord channel company uses is really a hype club about a company with no real world job to offer.
If the plan is to spend your time wisely, this is not the place.
Information is lacking & the effectiveness of critical feedback lies not just in its delivery but in the manner in which it is provided. The management is scattered & often glueless. Main objective for them is to keep hiring in order to simply have recruiters grind through useless leads, often that are or have been disqualified many times. Keep in mind this is all commission based. There is no organization, nor cost reward for hours/effort placed on the job. If you value your time, keep away.
