Pros
Raider has the best technical architect & CEO. And lots of exposer is given to employees. Most of the time best employees get opportunity interact with clients. And the last but not list variety of project & work.
Cons
I have developed 2 products with Raider Data services, out of which one is listing on appExchanges as well and I think that was challenging for me. Most of the time, I get chance to handle, complex problems and integrations with external system.
