      very less focus on employee motivation Very slow growth Use of local language (Marathi) on floor, even by managers. Recruiting quantity instead of Quality

      Good people, innovative technology/products and flexible environment.

      Cons

      Complicated work environment with little organizational structure. Management is not keen on adopting new ways of doing business. No marketing, and no career growth at all. Divided attention and highly reactive.
