Pros

Salary is good...good place for who don't want to work just want to learn politics...

Cons

I dont know from where to start..the company with full of morons...and the call themselves managers..can't even speak in english..they have not even seen a CMMI level 5 companies in their entire career...there is a guy who called himself a technical architect who stole others idea and gets all the credit if you go to him for any solution as he mentioned that he is a architect he directly goes to the google and from there as well he couldn't get the correct answers..guys who call them tech leads are stupid like hell...they don't know how to handle intellect cause they fear to lose their jobs hence they play politics...HR department...who they are???? i cant figure out in my entire time in credit pointe...their so called technical architect handles the project and what i found they try to destroy the projects..and if someone tries make some changes in that and come across their ways they play politics...they ruin your appraisals...frankly speaking they cheat the company owners..a person who is not truly enough for his job can't be trustworthy at all...they say everything is driven by us..senior management can't take any actions against us cause we are the bosses of offshore office...

Pros

Good people, innovative technology/products and flexible environment.

Cons

Complicated work environment with little organizational structure. Management is not keen on adopting new ways of doing business. No marketing, and no career growth at all. Divided attention and highly reactive.
