Pros

Great work life balance, flexible hours. Very welcoming and understanding company culture. Good benefits + company events, great communication between managers and employees. Yearly promotions are pretty consistent. Not the most diverse, but clearly putting in effort with DEI seminars and an overall accepting/welcoming company culture.

Cons

Compensation is quite a bit below average, particularly for the west coast. Higher starting salaries would really help offset the cost of living in this area!

Regarding your comment on compensation, we appreciate your honesty. While we strive to offer competitive pay aligned with industry standards and regional benchmarks, we understand that perceptions of compensation can vary, especially in regions like the West Coast, where market conditions are unique. Exe leadership is solid. Benefits and pay are great. Flexible PTO. Company retreats.

Cons

Individual practice leadership varies. I often feel that my immediate managers are struggling to fit into the company and are often too busy to provide me any support.
