Bad TLs and PMs. They themselves have laptop but wont give it to the employees and whenever they wish they just take WFH if they are having slightest of pain in their stomach and force other employees to come even if they are severely in pain. They dont approve yoyr leaves till the last day. asked one of my colleague to resign when she asked for Leaves for marriage of her own. No maternity leaves were given to other one. Even in the heaviest of rains the Managers were working from home but asked developers to come to office. Holidays : No holiday on Gandhi Jayanti, No holiday on Uttrayan, No holiday even on the Election day, No holiday on janmastmi. All this despite being in Gujarat State. Bond: They have a bond of Rs 2.5L for 2 yrs even for the experienced people. and you have to pay the increment amount if you are not leaving in Oct month Increment : very minimal as compared to other companies, and they added a variable pay in name of performance pay where you are give points on the basis of project allocation. Now the front face to the client is TL as they dont introduce the freshers to the clients and give 100% job allocation to the TLs and 0 to fresher who do the actual work. so in actual you get 0 increment. You are expected to sit for late hours after office even if your complete your task on time and if you don't they consider you as not hardworking enough. THE LIST IS LONG AND I CAN WRITE FOREVER, SO MAKE A WISE DECSION AND NOT GET TRAPPED IN THIS COMPANY
