Pros
Salary is always on time. They usually do not delay salary unless a major pandemic like Covid came up unexpectedly
Cons
1. You have to sit way past working hours even if you worked well throughout the day because if you leave on time, you are someone who is working just for the sake of the working hours. 2. If you are late by even one minute in the morning, you have to remember that time and make sure you sit that one minute extra in the evening 3. No snack time even of 10minutes because if you take that 10mins, again you will have to sit beyond office hours to compensate for your 10minutes. Minutes beyond 30minutes lunch time will also be added to your compensation in the evening 4. Too much politics and no respect for post even if you are a senior engineer. The office boy will have the guts to bash you verbally and you still might be compelled to keep silence on it 5. They make you sign bond mandatory of minimum 2 years which is their way of ensuring you don't run from their organisation seeing their pathetic management and protocols. Even if you do run away, you can do so by paying a hefty amount which will be 6 months of your dear salary 6. You will most probably have a grumpy, egoistic senior who will keep watching you personally or through cctv cameras like a hawk! So once you realise this, you will be the most uncomfortable and bothered person on this planet 7. And if these points were not enough, you will not be allowed to take your mobile inside premises and you have to lock it in the locker at the gate which means no one can contact you without bothering someone on the common contact number
