They don’t care - Do Not Wish to Mention Radius Recycling Employee Review

Management are impatient and micro manage. There is no work life balance. They set unrealistic expectations and then get upset when mistakes are made or things are missed. Don’t care if employees are over worked. Pay does not nearly justify the treatment. Management are over worked themselves and are given unrealistic expectations from higher ups. They also expect employees to know how to complete tasks when they haven’t been trained. Communication is non existent.
