1. You WILL NOT advance at this company unless you kiss the right butt. It's not what you know here, it's WHO you know. 2. The transportation side here is a joke. The upper management has no clue how to run a transportation department. 3. The equipment is from the late 1800's. It's old and basically held together with some bubble gum and a paper clip. 4. They are big on safety but yet tell their drivers to illegal go around weigh stations. 5. If you make one mistake, you're fired.
