Pros
The safety focus in the company is incredible. You have on opportunity to make a difference and be heard. The company truly believes in promoting from within by creating plans and developing employees that want to grow and have the drive to do so.
Cons
As with most leadership roles the constant pressure can cause mental fatigue and the ability to "turn it off" when you leave work is almost impossible.
