Cons
HR runs the business over ruling line management and makes decisions that everyone else finds hard to justify and implement. People work every second even in the toilets they are tapping away on their laptops and tablets etc, as the pressure is very intense. You don't get anything explained to as to how the organisation works. You never get a proper induction to the organisation or the department you work in.
