Pros

The people and team culture are the best part of working here. There are a lot of genuinely caring, smart, and engaged employees who want to do good work and support each other. Team interactions are collaborative, and many employees are passionate about the mission and the customers we serve.

Cons

Teams have become smaller over time, which can make workloads challenging. There is also a need for stronger internal tools and software improvements to better support employees and customers. As the company continues to grow, there has been a lot of change, and adapting to shifting priorities can sometimes be difficult.

Thank you for this. Hearing that the people and team culture stand out means a lot. That's something we work hard to protect. We hear you on the workload, tooling, and communication fronts and those are areas we're actively investing in. We appreciate you being part of building what's next.

Pros

Radicle Health is a really supportive environment. People are dedicated to the outcomes for customers and work well across teams to get stuff done. The vast majority of management really cares about staff and their wellbeing. Pay and benefits are good. Fully remote work is the best.

Cons

The level of work is a lot at times. The company is still working our processes to keep things even and so there is too much firefighting happening at any given time.

Pros

5 years ago it was a great place to work. I was amazed at the caliber of employees and the care and attention given to the customer. Four day work week, unlimited PTO, good work life balance and great leadership.

Cons

Private equity decided they were not extracting enough wealth fast enough and things turned south almost overnight. The best employees left quickly in an exodus that started with the very top - they knew what was coming. The rest have been jumping ship as quickly as possible and a good amount with no other jobs lined up. Leadership is toxic and has open contempt for employees and customers. They can't keep that contempt from showing on their faces and in their voices in meetings. Four day work week is gone and we expect unlimited PTO to go next. Already folks are overworked where some are working 60-70 hours. Others are refusing to work more than 40, but also with the expectation that they will be next to be fired. Even before the panic, it was clear that ASG (private equity company that owns Radicle Health) had no understanding of the products nor the customers and would often reverse course after sometimes years in a direction everyone with understanding knew was a bad idea from the beginning.
