Horribly political environment that protected underperformers with friends and high-achievers who are horribly and violently inappropriate. Hostile work environment - I came out with so much anxiety that I could barely function personally or professionally. Rebuilt myself at another company and made myself a high acheiver and valuable to the company. Finally came away confident, it was them - not me.
