Intense metric-focus, promises of lateral promotions, tone-deaf middle-upper management. The company sold out to "cxperts". Promised "conversion" to Radial, (i.e. going from temp agency to Radial) yet nearly a year after consistently meeting goals despite the consistent obstacles, the company sent an email to the staffing agency to send an email to inform employees currently providing sercives that "seasonal" needs have changed. This change was transparent, Radial sold out and as a result, anyone who was not converted was released, and any conversions were halted. Leading to being strung along for months and months. Promises that "nothing would change" from middle-upper management, benefits would remain the same, etc, yet 3 months after being advised of such, being "released" with no warning, and no communication from management. The company sold out, lied to those who powered their numbers, and made immense false promises. Peak season generally required a set sum of hours required by Radial as Mandatory OT. during peak, there was not a single week there was not Mand OT.
