Pros
Benefits and pay are competitive. Alternative work arrangements an option in some groups. New leadership has taken steps in the right direction by letting some of the entrenched management at the director levels go.
Cons
...unfortunately, its too little, too late. Peak this year will be a deciding factor in the future of the company, and preparation has been hampered by brain drain and looks to be incomplete in many areas. The company has had a number of layoffs since the sale by eBay, and management is just now realizing that they went too far. Talent is not being replaced fast enough to keep up with firefighting, much less tech debt.
