Pros
Depending on your team it can be extremely flexible and the base pay is competitive. Nice to have onsite gym and cafeteria (which has good food).
Cons
Been here for over 5 years and over the course of my time here all I can say is that things keep getting taking away from us. From the casual drinking Friday's to then the summer/Christmas parties to the health benefits to the Holidays to the stock bonuses and raise increases... Just in the decline. Can't even recall all the reorganizations that took place. not seeing a positive outlook. Upper Management consistently argues and starts and stops projects, most which don't end up launching. To this day, 5 years after being hired, I can't point to one thing that still exists in production that I touched. Owned by a private equity firm now so that explains a bunch.
