Pros
There were a lot of great people here...only a few remain. The former President and her core team had it right. They had a good culture and functioning business. A good, positive spirit was felt in our Seattle office. The CFO did all he could do to keep the circus of dysfunction from imploding and then he left. What's good about the remnants of this company...NOTHING!
Cons
Most of what has been written in previous posts is true. The CEO (Kazumi) was a joke with all her pathetic programs. Her collection of consultants and vanity projects must have drained the company of its resources. Her feckless leadership was the root cause of a myriad of issues and the main reason the company is failing. All that she seemed good at was to layoff people. Must have made her feel productive! Good riddance!! Ray (Owner) has stepped back into the business. He's a shady character with personal, emotional problems galore. Not to be trusted. The ECDs are talented and funny but horrible egomaniacs. The rest of management are out for themselves and trying to survive. Backstabbing is in full throttle mode now. EVERYBODY is looking and hoping to be saved from this sinking ship. About 35% of our workforce was let go recently including the CEO. The CFO left a couple of weeks before --he must have known what was coming. All-in-all a sad state to remain while rigor mortis begins. What's left now? A collection of wishful SOMEBODIES that are really a sad sack of NOBODIES. Me? I'm still here hoping that a kind employer will respond to my resume soon and rescue me from this dark force.
