Pros

- Free employee bike if full time, and possibly even 1-2 more depending on returns and Garage Sale events. - Genuinely amazing people you get to work with that really care and treat you like a human being. - Sales job that's not cutthroat or high pressure to make a quota. - Opportunity to cross train in Customer Service, Assembly, Mechanical Service and Event Logistics. - You really get to know who people really are when they tell you how they use these bikes in their lives.

Cons

- Chinese made bikes with multiple quality control issues are just sold off anyway without reworking them. - Low pay, no opportunity to advance after working there for over a year. - They'll cross train you and ask more of you when they do it but not compensate you accordingly. - Job security for C-Suite and no one else. - Original founder stepped down and then entire company got a lot more draconian after and lost it's original soul. - Revolving door of management hires. - The company is barely profitable and on the economic downturn. - Continually raising prices on bikes even though the original value add was to make ebikes affordable and accessible to anyone.
