Good, honest, Ethical people. work hard and always abide by the law. Complete transparency with clients and employees. Good working conditions and a great office. good attitude towards all employees and clients and vendors. Deliver to the best of their ability pertaining to every client

Cons

Long working hours and lot of travel. but since it is a growing company, we cannot blame the management

We have seen the journey of that big boss house from 2012 to 2017, and its not just some months of time which you have joined after we moved and now that we thought them good lessons of their life, you might be seeing the only one side of the coin. Ask your so called management that how many HR officers have left the company and on what note. How many students counsellor have left and what note. How many trainers, marketing heads, data entry operators, it will we shock of your life if you know the reality of these people. And your feedback is so biased that without thinking anything you are getting into the trap of these people and making yourself a big fool. You know for a middle classes person the job is the biggest security they look for and these people take this as an big advantage and they hold the salaries for 20 days , as the salary date is 15th but you get it not before 20th most of the month. If you and your management are truly profession let’s have a press conference in presence of the media, we have all the profs to prove this people are not fir to hire a man power and in the history of this company they have never treated any ex employee with the desired dignity. If you don’t now it’s better you don’t talk, simply don’t try to give a false statement to the public. Ask them how any employees have gone out on the bad note it would not be less then 200, and in HR itself more then 20 people and the tenure is more or less 3 to 4 months. All that because of the worst behaviours of the management. And in the history of this company no employee was given an see-off and the re-leaving letter why because they feel that the ex-employee should suffer. We bet you that if you have guts call all the ex-employees and ask them how many of them have got a proper moving from this company. so please don’t miss guide the middle class people by writing whatever you feel like without having a proper information. Ex-Associates of this so called Rachnoutsav. we have a Full length phone calls also which we can submit if you want to prove that we are not wrong. And ask them after how many months of people going out of the company they called and gave they cheque and after who has written the mail. This people have gave the cheque because we said we will go to the advisory board and write them all the facts then they gave us the cheques. For some people who have gone 8 months and some 6 months also we have added in the group and these people paid them. They are many people who said on the face of them that if you want you pay us the Fand F or keep it as a charity and they kept it with them. Poor people who came to work like data entry operators were also not been paid. Seniors women’s who worked at the higher level where also treated so very badly and asked to just walkout of the office over phone putting them out of the job. What the hell do you know about this company we have spent close to five long years in this company and you are talking all crap good about this UN professional. We have upfront asked the advisory active person that would you like your children to work for this kind of management and the company they said No , go ask them. We have worked honestly and we walked out of the company with our head strong because the management was wrong and that is the reason they paid us otherwise these people have eaten way the money of many people and the countless PF they have not processed. And the students also go out from this academy because when they go to learn after paying 2 lakhs of money as fees they treat them as labour. We have worked in there so called SKYFEST 12 hrs a day not even water was provided, we had to pay 80 per bottle in the fest for to have water. When asked for this your dear management did not even like to listen that was the attitude. What are you talking yaar come and meet us once you will get shock of your life. Anybody who read this message, your lucky if you are reading it before you join,
