It's unclear when you worked with us at RPG UK, as we haven't had a senior account executive in that office in quite some time. -Some cool projects -People are passionate about what they do

Cons

Though Racepoint preaches a “flexible” culture, it’s a disguise for making you work crazy hours, especially if you’re early in your career. There’s no understanding of what is on each person’s plate, and if you try to advocate for yourself you’ll basically be told that that’s how things are and there’s nothing they can do. This is especially true if you’re early in your career- the folks higher up will work you to the bone and barely thank you for how hard you work. Many people have left or been let go because the standards are near impossible. If you value your mental health, I’d stay away.
