Unprofessional contract house - Engineer Racar International Employee Review

1. HR is very unprofessional. 2. Greedy management. 3. Salary is way lower than what parent company pays. 4. Even if parent company raises employees' salary, it only minimally reflects in the pay checks from this contract house. For example, if parent company raises the salary by 10%, this contract house would increase it by only 3%. Employees loss motivation to work as their rewards for good work from parent company doesn't reach to them. 5. Holidays (e.g newyear, Christmas day) are not paid if parent company's plant is in shutdown while other contract houses pay for holidays during plant shutdown. 6. Most HR personnel lack basic communication skills and are not fluent in either English or French.
