Pros
Fair Salary Nice clean office Great lunch and coffee
Cons
People get silenced and the politics here are unlike I have ever experience before (in other corporates). People solely look at ranks and are very motivated to move up the ladder or get in other’s good graces if they can help you move up. Bad work dynamics, people do not seem to know how to work together - which is funny for a cooperative bank - and you constantly hear this negative vibe around ‘people in SVP’ and how they are not able to do their job while everyone needs to listen to them. People get sent home if something is not to their liking, management cannot handle pressure well. You hear quite a lot of people being surprised in their Year or Mid Year reviews and suddenly not performing well - also because there are no clear expectations or a role description. Reason? We’d like people to be autonomous - which is actually just an excuse not having to manage it but seeing a shitshow unfold slowly.
