      Good place to explore, learn, convert imaginations to reality. Rabia Leather has all facilities and many processes can be learnt and experimented with, also there is freedom to design and present a range collection.

      Cons

      There are hierarchal issues, communication gaps and favoritism, although 2 months are too less to make an assessment
