Corporate Messaging Over Real Leadership - Anonymous Employee RYNO Strategic Solutions Employee Review

Pros

Since the previous ownership left, the strengths that once defined the company have rapidly unraveled under the current President’s leadership. Culture, trust, and direction have deteriorated in a way employees feel is directly tied to decisions made at the top. Many employees no longer recognize the company they joined and believe it is being steered poorly.

Cons

Since the leadership transition, the company has shifted toward performative messaging instead of real problem-solving. Weekly Monday emails read like obvious ChatGPT scripts that avoid the operational failures employees are dealing with. The disconnect between executive messaging and day-to-day reality is impossible to ignore. Employees are told to bring concerns privately rather than speak publicly, yet there is a clear pattern where disagreement is discouraged. People have learned that challenging leadership carries risk, so silence has replaced honest feedback. Many employees believe the company is prioritizing loyalty to the President over real work ethic and results, which discourages independent thinking and pushes strong performers to disengage. Morale is deteriorating, retention is worsening, and churn is visible across teams. Experienced employees are leaving while leadership messaging insists everything is stable. The refusal to acknowledge the severity of internal issues is accelerating the company’s decline.

Pros

Company is evolving and creating a lot of incredible initiatives that are adapting to meet the changing needs of customers, but more importantly the needs of the employees.

Cons

Change starts from the individual and require ownership. Some people may not used to a leadership team that provides authentic autonomy. If there’s something you want changed or created, you have to take charge and see it through.

Pros

No? This is a joke right?

Cons

This role initially felt like the answer to my prayers, but it quickly became one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. The extremely high turnover is not a coincidence it reflects deeper issues with leadership and overall culture. Many of the leaders with strong experience and integrity have already left. What remains is a leadership team that often lacks transparency, honesty, lacks qualifications, avoids accountability, and appears unprepared to effectively lead teams through challenges. There is a noticeable pattern of overpromising to employees, whether around stability, growth, bonuses, or expanded responsibilities …only for those same employees to be let go shortly after. The timing and communication around these decisions feel inconsistent at best, and at worst, intentionally misleading and unethical. Layoffs are handled in a way that feels impersonal and disconnected from the real impact on people’s lives. Jobs are people’s livelihoods, and communication during difficult moments matters. Unfortunately, there was a consistent lack of directness and honesty, paired with an avoidance of difficult conversations and simply caring. What stood out most was the absence of real leadership. Instead of coaching, supporting, and advocating for their teams, there was often a lack of true help and engagement. Most times, it felt like more energy was spent discussing/ gossiping about employees than actually helping them succeed. I also observed concerning patterns in how clients were managed, including a lack of transparency and dishonesty which raises questions about long-term trust and sustainability. Overall, the organization feels unstable and poorly led. Anyone considering joining or currently there should take a close look at the environment and leadership structure before making long-term decisions.
