Pros

Free snacks & promo items (occasionally) Get to listen to music all day (if there’s a radio/aux in the car)

Cons

-Horrible communication from management -Was lies to about the income to expect as well as that you must ‘rent’ out a car each time you work which can range from $50-150,depending on if there are special events happening in the city. -You are supposed to drive around the immediate downtown area (seemingly aimlessly) looking for someone needing a ride, hoping they are willing to pay the fare. -I NEVER received compensation from this company,a manager stated she would direct deposit my funds & I never received them. Then she stopped communicating with me. When I contacted the owner the same thing happened,I was ignored. -There isn’t a set schedule & they always expect you to work past the legal driving hours. -Did not receive adequate training -The turnover rate is ridiculous, they can’t seem to keep staff long & they don’t seem to care -The managed always tried to guilt trip me into taking other shifts when people would cancel last minute or quit without notice -No AC or heating system in the vehicle. -Whether you have customers or not you must still pay the rental fee -Must ot for a background check & a chauffeur license out of your own pocket -Clearly this is a con

Pros

Got lots of things to work with.

Cons

Highly Bureaucratic: Excessive layers of approval and rigid processes slow down decision-making. Top-Down Leadership Culture: An "aristocratic" management style that limits open communication and employee input. Opaque Salary Reviews: Lack of a structured or transparent process for pay increases, requiring significant self-advocacy.
