Pros

My coworkers are the best part of working here.

Cons

RXO. Recently acquired the company I work for in Alpharetta. Layoffs were rampant just before acquisition. And threat still looms. Local mgrs have become cut throat afraid of losing their own jobs throwing anyone under the bus. Interestingly months prior to the acquisition was completed the in house managers all got promotions, in name and pay without a change in work while laying off a LOT of employees. Lining mgt pockets with cash while destroying the regular employees livelyhoods. Never sure if you will have a job the next day. Job security is non existent unless you are friends outside of workp

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
