Founder was great, leadership was great, learned a lot

Small startup vibe and mostly online, not really for me

You get paid and have the typical benefits

Hustle hard toxic work culture with little to no work life balance. There is no personal development and no support if you get stuck or need help. Managers are unavailable, rude and difficult to get ahold of. They will give poor instruction and then yell at you for not doing it right. The team environment is not collaborative but highly competetive and hostile. They will discriminate or treat you differently if you are not a white male.
