      50 a month (with the be healthy) for insurance. Can only go to RWJ offices. PTO is okay. Have to use PTO for government holiday

      You have to be here 3 years for the pay and PTO to get better.

      Health benefits and competitive pay

      Cons

      Poor management; Company preaches an “open-door policy” but they don’t actually follow it. Same with their “zero retaliation policy”… they’ll retaliate if you speak up and protect themselves at all costs and reprimand you instead of addressing the issue.
