Pros
Private company so they don't have the cash problems that some of their competitors have.
Cons
Rutronik does not understand the North American market. They don't have the proper infrastructure or leadership in place. Any growth they have will be at the expense and pain of their first level employees (and they are the first to get blamed for lack of growth vs. management owning & fixing the various issues). Despite hiring seasoned, successful, and industry experienced employees, many positions are on their second and third round of employees (in just 2-3 years of existence in NA). People are let go for 'performance' or leaving at their own will due to the environment & working conditions. If someone stays employed for a year, that is an accomplishment. There is also an unusual amount of conflict & politics at the corporate and NA levels - there is no such thing as Human Resources. There are extreme differences in direction the company should be moving - one day it was one thing, the next a completely different. In the interview process, it will come off as an opportunity for growth and something new, but it might be only worth considering if you are desperate for a job.
