The salary is usually very good. No excessive stress or pressure for deadlines. Good flexiblity with holidays and extra time compensation.
Cons
Very cold and unfriendly working environment. I did not have any opportunity to learn and improve your skills. My background and knowledge turned out to be excessive compared to the technical level required.
