Good salary and total compensation, most managers and directors genuinely care and will work to achieve your aspirations and goals.
Cons
health insurance is expensive, company is very cheap and continuously cuts costs. At corporate if you're not part of their target audience or connected you won't move up. Every fall we go through a reorganization, it would be nice to not worry about losing my job before the holidays.
