Pros
RTI-HS is by far, the best company that I've had the pleasure of working with. I feel valued, seen and heard as an employee. The work is diverse and interesting, and there are many opportunities to become engaged.
Cons
The organization places high-significance on upper education, specifically degrees with of scientific background, which can make it hard to identify latitudinal pathways of progression.
