CMA would like to thank this individual for expressing their thoughts regarding their experience at CMA. Although it disappoints us to realize that an employee felt individual opinions were not welcome or considered valuable, we welcome the chance to learn from this employee's perspective. I had a horrific experience while working for this company. They pretend to care about their employees, but management is very quick to throw you under the bus for issues that have nothing to do with you. And the pay is very mediocre for the way they overwork you. Expect to be burnt out within weeks. I would stay far away from them. They deserve 0 stars.
