Pros

・Supportive, collaborative culture- Most employees operate with a “if you don’t know, ask” mindset, which makes it easier to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly without unnecessary pressure or stigma. ・Strong product confidence- There is a shared sense of pride in the product, which fosters alignment across teams and makes it easier to advocate for solutions internally and externally. ・Open feedback culture- Team members do not hesitate to give feedback, both through formal systems and directly in conversations. This encourages transparency, continuous improvement, and personal growth. ・Clear cross-functional communication- Communication between teams is generally transparent and structured, helping projects move forward efficiently and reducing misalignment. ・Flexible and supportive leave policy- Taking leave is straightforward, and team members are cooperative in providing client coverage, ensuring continuity while maintaining work-life balance.

Cons

・Fast-paced and performance-driven environment- Expectations can be high, particularly in client-facing roles, which may feel demanding during peak periods. ・Requires strong ownership and independence- The autonomy is empowering, but those who prefer very structured guidance may find the learning curve steep. ・Rapid change and evolving processes- As the company continues to grow, internal processes and structures can shift, requiring adaptability. ・Cross-team coordination can vary by region- In a global organization, alignment across markets and time zones can sometimes take additional effort.

Pros

**this is true for the US market. I cannot speak to any other markets but assume many of the core 'pros' are the same across RTB House.** Re: benefits, competitive pay and outstanding healthcare are table stakes at RTB House; 100% remote (major pro), but there are offices around the globe as well as options for a coworking space membership in many cities for anyone who might prefer a hybrid routine (HR explains in onboarding); your preference for Mac vs. PC to name a few The product is ACTUALLY superior to competition in the market. Why? RTB House has continued to invest in it, push the envelope on whatever is going on in the industry at a given moment, and always lead with driving business outcomes for our clients as our 'North Star.' Leadership is all on the same page, and that vision is cascaded down. It's a rigorous culture and you are expected to work hard. That is a GOOD thing. It's a culture that makes you want to level up. The WFH model doesn't work for companies who don't properly compensate their employees, plan in-person engagements, and overall nurture an atmosphere of "we're here to work really, really hard. We hope you are here to do the same, and because of that, enjoy a flexible and comfortable lifestyle." Re: recruitment process, I kept in touch with the team over ~6 months as there wasn't initially a perfect fit for me in the business when we began talking. Once there was a role that fit my strengths, the process was transparent and efficient, and both sides had opportunity to ensure it was a good match. Onboarding is well organized and the local HR + admin/support teams make themselves available from day one.

Cons

For some, the top-down management from HQ in Poland seems to be frustrating. I imagine this could be particularly true for "middle" management rather than associates (aka individual contributors). With the recent perspective of a company where decisions were just simply NEVER made, I appreciate concrete direction and guidance.
