I had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and hardworking professionals in the industry, which made the long hours and relatively low pay feel worthwhile. The culture, particularly among the people on the ground, was collaborative and supportive, providing a solid foundation to learn and grow.
Cons
Unfortunately, recent changes in management have shifted the company’s direction. After a challenging quarter, a significant portion of the Consulting practice was laid off, with many of the roles being outsourced to offshore teams in El Salvador. This move has impacted the quality of service, as the offshore transition has introduced challenges that are affecting both client satisfaction and project outcomes.
