Experience looks good on CV, but the negatives far outweigh the positives.
Cons
Toxic work culture. The management are driven by targets and pile pressure on the more junior members of staff to make themselves look better. Any small mistakes get blown out of all proportion and the managers do not accept responsibility for anything, instead looking for the first person to blame. The workload is intense (not including the busy seasonal periods), with staff routinely working long past their paid hours, with no TOIL or overtime offered. They claim to be a 'premium' company, but there is no investment in automation or technology. All 'premium' means is that the client fees increase way beyond inflation with no improvement in the service or product delivered.
