Pros

Good benefits and a challenging environment for consulting. The option to work at home when not on an engagement is a plus.

Cons

No work life balance what so ever. Constant change in structure and senior management. Poor communication of expectations. Poor annual raises and bonuses which is blamed on economy even though business had been well.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
