Pros
You get exposed to a wide variety of industries and situations that will give a ton of knowledge, make the most of this! Once you settle in and get a feel for the work requirements, the hours can become more flexible, i.e. working from home certain days. The environment can potentially be very rewarding and enjoyable, but it highly depends on the team and management you end up in.
Cons
Overworked. Underpaid. Not transparent on income brackets, leaving some overpaid and under qualified, while losing quality employees because they're underpaid. Benefits and work-life balance not accurately represented by advertising or interviews. If you are client-facing and rarely work from the company office but rather from client sites, you tend to be forgotten and are undervalued.
