Cons
The US counterparts tried to put you down or look down at you. The reason is that they know that we cost cheaper and can do better job than them. Also, in order to make themselves look relevant while they are drawing insane amount of salary seated in the US - they do soft politics. And a Director in India is considered lesser than the same Director seated in the US. What a NONSENSE!
