      If you have the connections, you can work at RSE. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.

      Cons

      Company is not very diverse. It is also rife with nepotism and favouritism. Egotistical and bullying behaviour by management is condoned and approved of as long as it brings commercial benefits.

      Pros

      The grad scheme is a bit of a mess but if you show initiative you can learn so much, the team is very much there to help you.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing a lot of structure change right now. Some, maybe not in the good direction - difficult to judge as it's still a mess.
