Pros
Noble job in terms of the Humanitarian aspect when interacting with refugees,
Cons
Toxic work environment. There's a lot of nepotism and unfairness. Even if you are a caseworker scheduled to travel, you will not travel if you are not connected to anyone, especially managers: either in kind, cash or family ties and there's a lot of family ties in this organization.
Consider work-life balance a thing of the past working here. They keep increasing minimum requirements and mounting pressure in equal measure. Completing these tasks within the given time frame is a miracle. You have to work extra hours without pay.
