Basically a poor excuse for a human being, you will be rewarded. and fit in with the majority. No negative consequences for your actions.

The injection molding department along with all other associated HR, managers, supervisors, and team leaders are a group of misfits, Non caring, no one is held accountable for not performing their positions correctly. If a confrontational event happens it is just sweep under the rug and ignored. If you are a responsible and caring person and you verbaly express your negative opinion about the slackers you will be branded a trouble maker and will be terminated.
