Job security, quarterly bonuses, nice people, significant discount on food purchase in many restaurants in the country, closes relatively early each day
Cons
Lots of red-tape, hard to advance, not an inspirational workplace, some of the senior management is great while others are very obtuse which makes it hard to improve and implement new ideas
