Pros
Renynolds, Smith, and Hills offers a fairly relaxed work atmosphere that is pleasant to work in. They offer a flex schedule so you are not required to come in at a specific time every morning although most people do. So far it seems layoffs in the roadway department have been fairly light although other departments such as commercial seem to have been hit little harder.
Cons
Up until a couple of years ago, salaries were not as competitive which caused a lot of good people to find work elsewhere. That problem seems to be have been fixed. At times it seems the atmosphere can be a little too relaxed for my liking.
