      Pros

      Flexible working and hybrid options, good pay and benefits but they expect their pound of flesh and to sell your soul and family time to work all the hours

      Cons

      Extremely toxic leadership, poor culture, nepotism and bros club is rife, EDI is all to make the company look good, they couldn't care less. All they care about is money. The company went downhill fast after the last CEO left.

      The pay, PTO, Volunteer days, hybrid work days.

      Cons

      Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.
