Outdated warehouse Senior Management often talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. They don’t talk to experienced staff members and take on their views. Many managers that are not experienced managers in and out of this business. No robust training for all staff members from bottom to the top, this leads to a poor performing workforce. Managers in the daytime just don’t care about their teams and manage their performances and workloads. Poor communication among Teams and Shift Managers. Many dishonest managers. No unified approach. CEO - not impressed - last CEO was a star! Business is suffering from previous highs! Recent redundancies in the group.
